Client Relations Representative

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and e-mails, Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Supporting staff and doing special projects as needed. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using internal office software.
